             2.4 - Exterior Finishing Work .

             2.5 - Interior Finishing Work.

             2.6 - Electromechanical work. 

             2.7 - HVAC & Heating System..

             2.8 - Escalators and Elevators Systems.

             2.9 - Firefighting, fire Alarm  and somke detection systems.

             2.10 - Parking layout and installed parking control and billing system.

3.0 - Scope of service for each subcontract includes: 

                       3.1. Inspection of Work.

                       3.2. Safety, Security Management Check.

                       3.3. Progress Check and documentation.

                       3.4. Material inspection upon arrival and approval.

                       3.5. Work done check of Contractors executed work for payment request.

                       3.6.Quality Check of work executed and report any defects.

                       3.7. Verify Qty calculations of submitted payments.

                       3.8. Weekly and monthly CS report.

                       3.9. Coordination with Contractor- Owner.

                       3.10. Back office support.
