The Villa is located on Euphrates river in Furat Village, Anbar- Iraq.

The Architectural Style is Italian Neo- Classical. 

Size Of Land :10000m2, Size of Building: 2000M2.

The Villa designed to Take full Advantage of River views with Multi-level terraces going down to Ephrates River with small Boat marina.

The project was completed as Structure in 2006.

Task: Architectural Design, Construction (Suspended due to war and ISIS occupation).
