The Villa sits on the river Euphrates Bank, with 2 level gardens about 5 m above water level.

This Modern Villa is 750m2, and takes full advantages of the river views south and west. Vertical shading devices were used to control hot summer sun while maintain view of the river and the spectacular western sun.
