Our scope of work is to provide Construction Management in partnership with S.K. TOPEC engineering firm .
Period of work (22) months.
Project located next to Baghdad Medical City.
The Project involves 452 Piles (27-29m).
Total Build area of 6905m2, Building is 4 Floors with 70 ICU beds.
State of the art Building that involved S.K. building standards.
Our Architects and Engineers have Local and International experince and fulent in English. They use latest software programs and international standard formats for daily, weekly and monthly reports.
