The company Founder has over 35 years of experience in the field of Architecture and Real Estate development with professional Architectural Degree (B. Arch.) from USC- 1986, and Advance S.M.Arch.S. in Architecture from MIT/Harvard University AKIPA program -1990.
Architecture and building technology have developed significantly in the past 5 decades. More sophisticated buildings, complex structures and creative clients have created a very competitive sector. As large Real Estate development firms are cartering for the more sophisticated customer and the increase in demand for modern environmentally sustaniable business centers.
With government programs that have been initiated to develop more efficient and sustainable cities in the post industrial world, the increase in population of many developing countries requires millions of new homes to house that boom.
