Project Description: To build Shopping Center on first 3 flrs (podium) and 3 Towers of 27 Flrs of residential/ service appartments and 3 Star Hotel. 

Total Buildable Area: 50,000 M2.

The Amman Municipality decided to review the City 3D zoning and the decision was to reduce the height of the site to 12 Flrs.
